Actress Ileana D'Cruz Wiki: Age Movie Height Coming Movie

Rustom movie star cast has finally been sealed by the makers. The makers have casted Akshay Kumar, Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta in the lead roles. Actress Ileana D'Cruz is an actress who is gradually coming forward and establishing her own identity in Bollywood industry. She is an Indian actress who commenced with her career in this field as a model.

Ileana will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Neeraj Pandey directed movie Rustom. Ileana is a renowned actress in south film industry and has worked for a long time in that area. She did her debut in a Telugu film titled Devadasu.

The movie released in 2006 and was directed by Y.V.S.Chowdhary and that was when the actress received limelight. The director spotted the Rustom lead actress in a Fair and Lovely ad film. 

The actress has mostly played the roles of a girl next door and her acting skills have been appreciated by one and all. She has been progressing in Bollywood slowly but influentially like Robot 2 Movie Box Office Collection. Ileana later appeared in commercially successful films like Pokiri, a 2006 release; Jalsa, a 2008 release and Kick that released in 2009.

Ileana D'Cruz was born in the film city Mumbai on 1 November 1987. Though she was born in Mumbai, she was brought up in Goa since at the age of 10, her family got relocated to Parra, Goa. Ileana of Rustom fame’s mother tongue is Konkani.

Ileana’s journey into the field of glamor is interesting. Her mother helped her a lot in reaching to the position she stands today. Her meeting with Marc Robinson was fixed after the manager of the hotel where the actress's mother was working, told her that she has a beautiful face with a vibrant smile. He then urged her to start modelling. With the aid and assistance of Marc Robinson, her first portfolio was articulated in January 2003.

Ileana D'Cruz will now be romancing Akshay Kumar in their upcoming movie Rustom. The upcoming movie Rustom is a romantic thriller movie and as per the sources, the movie is somewhat like Airlift and is based on certain true events in 1950s. Rustom cast and crew will also have Esha Gupta playing a pivotal role in the movie. Akshay Kumar will be seen doing action stints and will be esaying the role of a Navy Officer. Esha Gupta will be seen playing a negative role in the movie.
